Data Center as a Service Invoice Specialist

Professional Services Administrator The Professional Services Administrator supports the processing of subscription services and customer billing. The role is responsible for various tasks within those areas, including the creation and accuracy of customer billing, processing of partner invoices, maintaining accurate logs, validating billing files, and providing recommendations for continual process improvement. The Professional Services Administrator will interact with numerous internal departments throughout the customer subscription fulfillment process. Key Areas of Responsibility Create billing forms, subscription records and invoices for appropriate stakeholders, ensuring accurate content, supporting documentation and contact information. Maintain billing function, including reviewing data to validate complete and accurate data being invoiced to customers. Work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy of data used for customer ordering and billing. Receive, research, and resolve internal and external stakeholder inquiries concerning account status. Ensure that customers and vendor SLA’s are met based on business requirements. Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Other Responsibilities Review workflow and identify processes improvements for better efficiency. Act as a backup for team members and aid management as necessary. Reconcile reporting as directed. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school diploma. Other Required Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications with strong Excel skills. Accounting and/or billing experience. Demonstrate organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail a must. Excellent customer service and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders including senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications Data entry experience.
