Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst to support Epic Cupid workflows, configuration, testing, optimization, and production support for cardiology applications.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Epic Cupid and cardiology workflows.
- Configure, maintain, test, and support Cupid functionality.
- Gather requirements and translate clinical and business needs into Epic solutions.
- Support cardiology workflows including procedures, scheduling, documentation, and results.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with cardiology users, Epic application teams, and technical teams.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, and go-live activities.
- Maintain application documentation and workflow specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Cupid certification preferred.
- Experience with Epic implementations, optimization, and upgrades.
- Understanding of cardiology clinical and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
This is a remote position.
