Occupational Therapist Benefits: Competitive pay starting at $100 - $125 per visit Health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance options available 401(k) with 4% employer match after one year of employment Weekly pay Flexible schedule Electronic charting and time tracking Friendly, supportive office team Employee and Referral Bonuses OT Responsibilities: Work cooperatively with Nursing team and physicians to develop treatment and care plan tailored to the client and their physicians report Identify any equipment needs and develop an adaptive plan with a goal of improving client function/independence Assure proper maintenance and timely submission of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws Coordinate interventions as appropriate with other caregivers while instructing appropriate personnel, and family on intervention goals OT Requirements: Current unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in both Minnesota and Wisconsin or willing to obtain One Year of clinical experience required in occupational therapy Valid driver's license Abide by Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics and demonstrate knowledge about and deliver services in accordance with its standards Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality Ability to document clearly and concisely Understanding of regulatory compliance Joint Commission, state and federal regulations We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
