Vice President Of Finance

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $225,000 to $245,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy and advise senior leaders on planning priorities that align with organizational goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across domestic and international entities in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee audits tax compliance risk management treasury and cost accounting while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Guide budgeting forecasting performance reviews and provide clear insights to support informed decisions.
• Improve systems processes and tools for scalability and efficiency while partnering with leaders across functions.

Requirements:

• A masters degree in accounting finance or a closely related field and hold a bachelor degree as a foundation.
• 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with 4+ years in manufacturing.
• Possess current knowledge of accounting guidance and strong understanding of cost accounting in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrate effective communication influence across stakeholders and strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Use enterprise systems Excel and business intelligence tools with confidence to support reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Manage cash flow banking relationships capital structure and insurance programs across multiple entities.
• Support growth initiatives including mergers acquisitions due diligence and integration planning.
• Work effectively with international operations and contribute to compliance and multi entity reporting needs.
• Promote continuous improvement and lean practices while mentoring a high performing finance and accounting team.
• Hold advanced credentials such as a CPA and bring experience with large scale leadership and modern ERP platforms.
