Data Entry for the Specimen Processor Dept. and Data Entry for Client Services dept. at a Huntsville lab are essential roles that support the daily operations of a busy medical testing environment. Both positions operate Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and require strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful to enhance communication and accuracy in specimen handling and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage specimen and client data
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure efficient workflow
• Interact professionally with clients and internal staff
• Assist in specimen preparation for laboratory analysis
• Maintain organized records and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
