Sous Chef or Experienced Line Cook

Candidate will work closely with our current chef & sous chef to ensure consistency and management of the kitchen. Ideal candidate will understand cooking procedures and have decent food knowlegde. Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our established recipes and standards. * Assist in menu planning and development while ensuring food presentation is top-notch. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication. * Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. * Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold our culinary standards. * Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. * Adapt to changing menus and special requests with creativity and flexibility. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment. * Proven experience as a Line Cook or Sous Chef with strong culinary skills. * Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. * Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. * Food Handler's Certification or equivalent preferred. * Passion for food and a commitment to excellence in culinary arts. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
