Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Position Overview West Virginia Primary Care and Hospitalist options within a strong health system close to a 400-bed hospital. This large private employer operates a multi‑specialty physician group of over 75 providers. Primary Care Outpatient clinic setting with multiple location opportunities. Base salary $200,000, guaranteed for 2 years; $253,444 guarantee year one; inclusive of sign‑on bonus and guarantee bonus. Total incentives cannot exceed 75% MGMA. Monday‑Friday schedule with a 4‑day work‑week option. Expected clinic volume of 20–25 patients per day. Call schedule: 1/4 or 1/5. EHR: Greenway, transitioning to Meditech Ambulatory in Fall 2020. Hospitalist Long‑term acute care setting with Select Specialty Hospital located at client hospital. Base salary $248,000. Up to $20,000 bonus earned based on quality metrics. Total incentives cannot exceed 75% MGMA. Schedule: Monday‑Friday with 1 additional physician; 12–15 patients per day. Saturday and Sunday with mid‑level provider. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians. Production incentives: wRVUs with a set target. Compensation & Benefits Signing bonus. Relocation allowance up to $10,000. Malpractice insurance. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Disability insurance. 401(k) match. CME allowance $5,000 per year, inclusive of licenses, dues, and subscriptions.
