Lease Administrator

The Maintenance and Lease Administrator ensures that work orders entered into the system are completed timely and efficiently by coordinating with the Maintenance Team and external vendors. In this role need you need to have a combination of computer and office skills as well as technical skills to understand and resolve the maintenance issues presented.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Negotiate individual service visits and contracts with vendors.Manage a remote team which processes work orders and finds vendors.Provide direction on how to handle immediate maintenance needs before a vendor can be deployed.Administrate the work order system as the system’s Super User.Develop policies and procedures related to facility management and maintenance.Review lease abstracts to determine ownership of area of concern as per the lease.Ensure invoices are processed and paid timely through verification with Accounting Department.Report status updates from the department to various stakeholders.#MLTA13-5 years’ small box facility management experience for multiple locationsOnsite work experience as a contractor or in a tradePreferred: Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation through IFMA #J-18808-Ljbffr Mobilelink USA LLC
