Sun Chemical is hiring! We are seeking Production Operators to join our team at the Minneapolis, MN location. This event will be invite-only, and our talent acquisition team will distribute the date and time after completion of this application.


Job Title: Production Operator
Shift: 2nd Shift: (10:00 AM - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday)
Pay: $24.00 per hour

Job Overview:

In this role your primary responsibility is to produce high quality Inks for our customers. There are many machines used in the production process. You will be responsible for learning all the processes and equipment. The key to your success will be to produce the best quality product, on-time and practicing safety as a top priority.


Essential Job Functions:

• Pack product into designated containers; labeling containers
• Report near miss incidents and improvement opportunities
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times & maintain a clean work area and work safely
• Participate actively in all plant safety initiatives, programs and training sessions
• Follow all standard operating procedures with respect to performance of position duties

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or pass a pre-employment screening assessment
• Capable of repeatedly lifting 50 lbs. and standing for long periods of time

Drug Screen and background check are mandatory if you are offered this position .
