About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated Environmental Services Associate to join our team and help deliver the level of care our patients and families deserve. In this role, you’ll ensure a clean, safe, pleasant environment for patients, residents, and staff while maintaining departmental customer service and cleaning standards. What You’ll Do Ensure departmental quality standards by following proper procedures for cleaning and sanitation of equipment, patient rooms, offices and all other areas of the hospital daily. Check rooms for safety hazards such as spills and water. Use chemicals in accordance with OSHA standards during daily cleaning and sanitation tasks. Follow safe work practices and universal precautions at all times. Collect, transport, and dispose of municipal waste, regulated medical waste, sharps, and soiled linen per regulatory requirements. Clean, maintain, and store all cleaning equipment and restock supplies at shift end, and report any faulty equipment. What You Bring Healthcare housekeeping experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to providing patient‑first, high‑quality service. Comfortable with a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
