Pay Rate: $19.86 / Hour
Job Schedule:
DayTimeThur02:45 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:45 PM - 06:45 PMSun08:00 AM - 12:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or guests by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with appropriate contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior spaces, entry points, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas, as conditions vary by site.
- Monitor access to the location during services, events, and daily operations, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptions through visible presence and professional interaction.
- Support the protection of property and cultural spaces by reporting hazards, observing activity, and following Allied Universal post orders and security-related policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPO is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- An armed guard card or license is preferred.
- A valid firearms permit is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
