Job Description
Bunker Gear Specialist: Wash and Inspect Firefighter bunker gear according to NFPA 1850. You will be trained on all specifications to correctly manage tag and separate bunker gear and then load properly into commercial extractors. Training is also conducted on the proper techniques for Inspecting the moisture barriers and thermal liners. You are also expected to maintain a clean work area.

Juanita is a Retired ER and ICU RN with more than 20 years of experience. Prior profession includes 14 years of experience as a professional seamstress.
Our combined experience gives us a good understanding of how to perform expert handling of Fire Bunker Gear, properly deal with contamination, and professionally repair the garment.
