Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients with diverse diagnoses.


• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.


• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.


• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and activities.


• Collaborate with healthcare team members for effective patient outcomes.


• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EPIC system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year occupational therapy experience.


• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.


• Valid California occupational therapy license required.


• BLSSkills certification required.


• Previous travel experience strongly preferred.


• Strong skills in acute and chronic disorder management, patient and family education, safety, and injury prevention.
