What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting
• Monitor vital signs and neonatal responses, including assisting with ventilator management and IV therapy
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for patient assessments and care planning
• Document patient care accurately using hospital electronic medical records
• Support family education and provide compassionate patient-centered care
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
• Assist in emergency response and clinical procedures as needed

What You Need

• Valid Texas RN license
• Minimum of 2 years NICU/neonatal nursing experience
• BLS certification required; NRP preferred
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessments and interventions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
