Maintenance Technician II – Flagg Ranch Date: Jun 30, 2026 Location: Moran, WY, US Shift Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 (Full Time, hours available) Starting Wage: $19.00/hr Minimum Age: 18 years Housing Availability: Yes Job Summary: Perform minor electrical, plumbing and general building maintenance tasks under supervision while maintaining inventory, ensuring safety, and adhering to company policies and environmental values. May be called on for on‑call duty and additional technical work as needed. Job Responsibilities: Perform minor electrical, plumbing and general building maintenance and tasks assigned by supervisor. Help maintain an adequate inventory of materials, equipment and tools required to perform routine tasks without delays. Participate in training, observe company policies and procedures, and promote company values related to protecting the natural environment. Ensure work is performed in a safe manner within a safe environment. Assist with other technical work within the department when maintenance crises occur. May be required to work different shift schedules including one to two evening shifts per week. Clean up job site and work area when finished with the assigned task. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements: High School graduate. Experience with general maintenance, including one of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, carpentry, locksmithing, or automotive repair. Valid driver’s license and successful completion of MVR. Use of a tablet and smart phone. English proficiency. Other Requirements: Prefer experience maintaining facilities for the hospitality industry, schools, retirement centers, or hospitals. Experience driving a skid steer or backhoe is encouraged but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and enjoy working as part of a small team. All tools will be provided by Flagg; bring your own tools if preferred. Preferred: Maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical experience.
