Customer Service Representative

Overview Community Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Central Billing Office. This is a remote position (training on-site). Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Responsibilities Answer and research incoming phone calls from patients and address questions, inquiries, and concerns regarding their accounts. Take initial patient contact and follow up. Collaborate with AR Specialist on patient billing and credit issues. Ensure a positive experience for patients on behalf of CCP. Identify and correct patient account inaccuracies. Post credit card payments to the patient’s account. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, problem solving, ability to multitask. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of work experience. Prior experience in a call center environment. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance plans. Skill in using computer programs and applications. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and deal courteously with patients, employees, and the public. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
