Your clientele will include a broad spectrum of individuals—children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families—all of whom present unique challenges and needs. Your experience working with adults and couples will be particularly valuable, as you help navigate various relationship dynamics and personal struggles.   • A Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

  • A full professional license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position is competitively set between $100,000 and $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
