Position Details Head Camp Counselor (18+) - 2026 Location: Coppermine Fieldhouse, Baltimore, Maryland Schedule Week 10: August 3 - August 7 Week 11: August 10 - August 14 Week 12: August 17 - August 21 Week 13: August 24 - August 28 Job Description Your primary role is to help provide a safe, fun, nurturing and joyful environment for all campers while guiding them through daily life at camp. This includes a dynamic range of activities such as swimming, climbing, arts and crafts, and sports. Our campers range from ages 3 to 14. At Coppermine we are a team and we are looking for employees who are always willing to help and go above and beyond expectations. Responsibilities Help provide a safe, fun, nurturing and joyful environment for campers. Guide campers through daily life at camp. Facilitate activities such as swimming, climbing, arts and crafts, and sports. Maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere. Requirements Experience and interest in working with children. 18 years or older for head counselor position. Positive and high-energy personality. Maintain a safe environment for children.
