What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Comprehensive Preventive Care: Deliver top-tier prophylactic care, including meticulous scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance, utilizing advanced laser and digital technologies.
- Patient Education & Advocacy: Partner with patients to improve their long-term oral systemic health, using intraoral cameras to visually guide them through their treatment and home care plans.
- Co-Diagnosis: Work closely alongside Dr. Kang and our clinical team to perform thorough periodontal chartings, screen for oral cancer, evaluate digital radiographs, and identify restorative opportunities.
- Sterilization & Safety Compliance: Maintain pristine operatory standards following OSHA, CDC, and WISHA guidelines to ensure complete safety for our staff and community.
- Licensure: Active Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
- Experience: All experience levels are welcome to apply! A warm, patient-first clinical touch and an alignment with evidence-based standard of care are our top priorities.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern dental practice management software and digital digital X-ray/intraoral radiography systems.

- Premium Compensation: An elite hourly rate of $75.00/hr to honor your specialized clinical expertise.
