Kat's Artist Tree, the West Valley's preeminent Arts Academy is currently seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills to serve as Receptionist and fulfill the following duties:

• Manage the class and lesson schedule for all enrolled students and teachers
• Act as the primary source of information about our services for new clients
• Perform outreach to schools and community organizations

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Good understanding of, and experience with, the Arts - particularly Music, Dance, and Visual Art
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Enjoys working with children
• Thrives in an ever-changing environment
• Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish

Applicant must be available weekday evenings and Saturdays

Our teachers are the best in their field and our emphasis on quality shows through in every aspect of what we do. Our facility features a 100-seat theater, 1000 square-foot dance studio with sprung floor, a visual arts studio, a piano classroom, a professionally-equipped recording studio, and multiple private lesson rooms.
