Operational Team Member

Location: Trusted Journey Pet Memorial (1783 Perry's Loop, Traverse City, MI 49685)

Compensation: $18-$21 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time; Mon-Fri 7am-3:30PM OR 8AM-4:30PM. Some Saturdays will be required after being trained (8am-12:30pm). 40hrs per week

What You'll Do

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries using a company vehicle as needed.
