You will create marketing materials that support Certco, our independent retail Members, and our vendor partners, with projects ranging from weekly retail print advertising and trade publications to in-store Point-of-Sale materials, websites, social media, and other branding and marketing assets.What You'll DoCreate weekly retail print advertisements while following Certco's branding and style guidelinesDesign promotional and marketing materials using current Certco technologiesCreate graphics for retailer websites and social mediaDevelop graphics for Certco's website and social mediaDesign promotional support pieces with accuracy and attention to detailWork closely with internal cross-functional teams and retail storesServe as a point of contact for an assigned group of storesManage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining qualityPerform other duties and projects as assignedA Role With Variety and VisibilityThis is a great opportunity for a designer who wants to see their work used in the real world. Your designs will support grocery retailers, customer-facing promotions, digital platforms, in-store marketing, and Certco's overall brand.You will work with a variety of internal teams and retail stores, giving you the opportunity to build relationships, understand the business, and see how your creative work contributes to the success of our Members and Certco.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is creative, results-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.The ideal candidate will have:3–5 years of related graphic design experienceA 2–4 year degree in Marketing, Design, or a related fieldProficiency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word, and ExcelExperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareStrong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize projects and consistently meet deadlinesProfessional and courteous communication skills when working with customers, coworkers, and business contactsGrocery industry experience is preferredWhy Certco?This is an opportunity to join a company where your creativity supports a unique business model and directly impacts the independent grocery retailers we serve.You'll be part of a collaborative Marketing Services team while working with people throughout the organization and with Certco's retail Members.
