Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of individuals and families. \n
- Facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques and approaches. \n
- Perform mental health screenings and assessments to identify and address treatment requirements effectively. \n
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, promoting a supportive environment conducive to personal growth. \n
- Listen attentively to clients’ goals, evaluating their needs and progress regularly to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans. \n
- Implement and adjust individualized treatment plans in accordance with clients’ ongoing feedback and evaluations. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development by attending team meetings and participating in case discussions to enhance therapeutic approaches. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will also engage with individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders, offering you the chance to apply your skills in both group and individual therapy contexts. By focusing on a client-centered approach, you will tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a path toward lasting wellness.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required. \n
- Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). \n
- A strong foundation in various counseling theories, techniques, and best practices relevant to mental health treatment. \n
- Familiarity with current trends in mental health, individual, and family therapy techniques is essential. \n

- At least two years of clinical experience working with individuals dealing with mental and behavioral health challenges, specifically in individual and group therapy settings. \n
- Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans that effectively address client needs. \n
- Background in substance abuse treatment and knowledge of co-occurring disorders is highly desired. \n
The annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
