Territory Manager, CardioMEMS - Portland, OR

Abbott seeks a Territory Manager for CardioMEMS in Portland, OR to drive therapy adoption and revenue growth within heart failure treatment. The role combines clinical sales, account management, and market development across implanting centers and hospitals, requiring strong healthcare sales experience and a track record of quota achievement.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with physicians, clinics, administrators, and deliver clinical presentations to drive adoption
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and value-based conversations; provide day-of-procedure support
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities at implanting and community hospital sites
- Provide technical and clinical support, training, and case coverage across the region; maintain compliance documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years direct healthcare sales experience; 2+ years cardiology or heart failure preferred
- Track record of ≥100% to quota for 2 consecutive years
- Demonstrated success opening or expanding 3–5+ net-new accounts annually
- Strong understanding of payor and insurance reimbursement landscape
- Recent launch experience (last 3–5 years) leading 2–3 program launches with sustainability proof
- Executive presence and ability to deliver clinical presentations to 1–50 stakeholders
