Kickstart your career in a booming industry! We are one of Michigan's fastest-growing roofing companies, currently hiring Field Marketing Representatives to help support our massive growth across Macomb County (Romeo, Sterling Heights, Shelby, Warren, Clinton Township, and surrounding areas).

What You’ll Do:

Engage directly with local homeowners in targeted neighborhoods.
Introduce our company's top-tier roofing services and flexible financing options.
Generate leads by scheduling FREE home roof inspections.
Hand off qualified leads to our roofing specialists (no closing required!).

Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Highly motivated by financial incentives and bonuses.
Ability to work outdoors and stay active during the day.
Must have reliable transportation.
No industry experience necessary—we train the right candidates from day one.

Benefits & Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission Structure + Performance Bonuses.
$50,000 to $75,000+ realistic first-year earning potential.
