What You Will Do Implement the adopted curriculum and manage classroom behavior. Individualize instruction for each child and conduct screenings and assessments. Maintain records and schedule and complete home visits and parent–teacher conferences. Obtain and manage child outcome data. FLSA: Exempt Qualifications Project/Specialist Teacher Level 1- Monthly $3,578.01-$4,571.62 -Based on years of experience Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education Level 2-Monthly $3,099.43-$3,199.41 - Based on years of experience Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree in early childhood education or 60 college credits with at least 6 hours in early childhood education and coursework equivalent to a major in Early Childhood Education with experience teaching infants/toddlers and/or pre‑school aged children.
