Clock Hours: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm (subject to change)
Salary: $49.47 to $60.13 per hour

This part-time position is ideal for a flexible and creative mental health professional with a heart for elementary and middle school students. This position will work from 2 pm to 6 pm supporting students in after school programs throughout Folsom Cordova Unified and will be a member of the FCUSD Student Wellness Team.

Primary job duties include supporting multiple school site programs to build student social, emotional and behavioral skills, provide short term individual and small group counseling, and conduct risk assessments as needed. This position also models effective interactions with students for ELOP staff and works with families and school staff to connect students with school, district and community services.

  Provide mental health services for individuals and families including counseling, consultation, mental health evaluations, case management, and other duties as required. Assist with program planning, assessment, feedback, supervision, mentoring, report writing, and contract administration. Mental health services may be provided at various sites within the district and surrounding community.

  Minimum Qualifications 
  Experience:
  A minimum of four (4)years of experience working in a school setting (preferred) or related experience working with individuals aged 3 – 21 or working with schools
  Education:
  A master's degree from an accredited university or college in the field of psychology, social work, counseling education, or related field.
  Licensed to act independently in the State of California to provide mental health services (LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist).
  As described by the state licensing board, be actively qualified to supervise interns and
  associates. (MFT, MSW, LCP).
  
  Upon Conditional Offer of Employment:
  DOJ and FBI Criminal Background Check
  TB Test within the last 60 days (Education Code 49406, Assembly Bill 1667)
  Complete district Mandated Reporter training, Sexual Harassment, etc.
