Sales Representative
Required Skills & Experience- 2-4 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry.
- Proven sales and marketing experience with knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies at the wholesale distribution level.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license if driving is an essential function of the role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in wholesale HVAC distribution preferred
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Sales Representative to manage residential and contractor HVAC sales, including equipment, parts, supplies, and related support products. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, drive territory growth, and support sales objectives within an established wholesale HVAC distribution environment.
