New York Life's Fast Track to Management Program in Orlando Area, FL, is designed for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals eager to accelerate into a management role within 12 months. Starting as a Financial Professional, you will gain hands-on experience serving regional clients across Central Florida while building a solid foundation in financial services. Upon meeting performance goals, you will transition to an Associate Partner position, responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of 3-10+ agents.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a client base by providing insurance and financial planning solutions
• Achieve sales and licensing milestones to qualify for management promotion
• Complete the Associate Partner Training Program involving structured mentorship and on-the-job training
• Recruit, train, and develop new Financial Professionals to grow the team
• Lead and manage a team of 3-10+ agents to achieve performance targets
• Deliver ongoing mentorship and performance management to support agent success
• Master New York Life’s product suite including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds

Required Qualifications

• MBA completion within the last 24 months or
• Prior management, business ownership, or high-volume sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Life and Health Insurance License
• FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 6 or 7)
• Sales experience, especially B2B or consultative
• Experience working with cultural markets
• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages (strong plus)
