## CT Tech – Travel Contract Assignment

### Job Summary

Jefferson Washington Township Hospital is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of CT Tech experience and hold an active ARRT (R) certification. This position requires flexibility to float as needed and participate in weekend coverage rotations.

### Hourly Pay & Compensation

* **Estimated Hourly Pay Rate:** Up to **$70–$80/hour** (depending on experience, taxable/non-taxable breakdown, and location eligibility)
* **Charge Pay:** Additional $5.00/hour
* **On-Call Pay:** $7.50/hour
* **Overtime Rate:** 1.25x after 40 hours/week
* **Holiday Rate:** 1.25x pay
* **Call Back Rate:** 1.25x pay

### Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of CT Tech experience
* Active ARRT (R) certification required
* Valid state license/certification required at submission
* Previous travel experience not required
* Must provide valid references and certification copies

### Compliance & Submission Notes

* RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted upfront with profile
* Interview availability for 3–5 days required at submission
* Local radius rule applies within 50 miles
* Travelers must complete labs within 48 hours of signing
* PA Fingerprinting may be required and cannot pend
* Pass/Fail exam required for clinical candidates (maximum 3 attempts)

### Orientation & Modules

* Orientation: 8 Hours (non-billable)
* Modules completed during orientation
* Any module time beyond first 8 orientation hours becomes billable

### Facility Guidelines

* COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required
* Flu Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions only)
