A philosophy that balances personal lifestyles, perspectives and needs is an important part of our culture.Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (“OCIO”) group partners with Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors across all channels to offer full discretion portfolio management services to institutional and private clients (e.g., Defined Benefit plans, Endowments, Foundations, Ultra-High Net-Worth, Family Offices, etc.) of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.This is a key role designed to support market coverage, enhance cross-border coordination, and strengthen connectivity across the International Wealth Management platform. The Analyst will serve as an integral partner to Portfolio Management, International Financial Advisors, and the Alternatives Product team to deliver customized investment solutions for UHNW international clients.Responsibilities:Support strategic initiatives to expand Alternatives OCIO penetration across international UHNW individuals and family office clients.Maintain existing institutional client relationships by providing world class service, processing and escalation of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to dateSupport and ensure efficient execution of client onboarding, KYC/AML, regulatory documentation, and cross-border structuring.Coordinate with portfolio managers and product teams to ensure accurate and timely investment execution.Process documentation related to alternative investments (capital calls, sub docs, etc.) and liaise with fund managers and custodians.Assist with portfolio reporting, monitoring, and operational oversight to support client mandates.QualificationsUndergraduate degree requiredFINRA Series 7 and 66 are required after hiring (additional licensing may be required)1–3 years of experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, OCIO, or Institutional Advisory.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
