Full-Time | Exempt

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays for exciting sales blitzes, team competitions, and growth opportunities.

$65,000 base salary + Earn up to an additional $1,500 per month in sales bonuses (paid quarterly)

Sales leadership and team development experience

Strong communication and coaching abilities

A passion for growth, accountability, and results

Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to conduct property inspections inside and outside, while performing physical job duties, including climbing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
