Plan and execute in-store promotions, merchandising programs, and point-of-sale initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand presence. Analyze sales data, market trends, and shopper behavior to identify opportunities for category growth and improved in-store execution. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective implementation of trade marketing plans at the retail level. Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and retail partners to deliver high-impact in-store activations. Develop and manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI for all activities. Create compelling sales materials and presentations to support the sales team and retail partners. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats in the Mexico City retail landscape. Measure and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within the **Comercial y Ventas** sector. Proven experience in developing and executing successful in-store promotions and merchandising strategies. Strong understanding of the retail environment, category management principles, and shopper marketing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM/sales analysis tools. A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for driving retail sales growth in Mexico City .
