What You Will Do

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick sheets or RF hand scanners.
• Inspect product quality and pack goods securely into boxes for shipment.
• Label shipping containers, seal packages, and stack boxes onto pallets.
• Verify order items and quantities against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent warehouse hazards.
• Assist with general warehouse inventory sorting and stocking as needed.

What You Need

• Prior picker/packer, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong work history are welcome to apply).
• Comfort using basic electronic devices or hand scanners for inventory tracking.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your full shift.
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 to 50 lbs as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Reliable transportation and consistent, punctual attendance every day.
• Ability to pass standard background check and drug screening requirements.
