Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. As a key member of the executive management team, the CFO will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day‑to‑day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial‑related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships, and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and management to the finance and accounting team.
• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
• Advise on long‑term business and financial planning.
• Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
• Review all formal finance, HR, and IT related procedures.
• Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
• Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
• Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced.
• Oversee the company's transaction processing systems.
• Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
• Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
• Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors.
• Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. CPA, CMA, or other related certification strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO or equivalent, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization.
• Excellent judgment and creative problem‑solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively interface with senior management, the board of directors, and staff.
• Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
• CPA is a strong advantage.
