*Responsibilities*

* Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu plans.
* Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are strictly followed.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
* Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for catering events.
* Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality dishes.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.

*Experience*

* Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or dietary department is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling practices, and food safety regulations.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Familiarity with catering services is a plus.
* Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using various kitchen equipment.
