Job Description Job Details This job is for Irene's Bagels located at 1942 W. Montrose Ave. Chicago, IL 60613. Tasks include but not limited to: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and beverages Provide warm, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house and barista station Manage and track inventory (coffee, retail items, milk, supplies) Assist with opening/closing duties and daily prep Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members Requirements Minimum 2 years of barista or café experience Strong attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation Positive attitude and team-first mindset Comfortable working mornings and busy weekend shifts Ability to stay organized and proactive during rushes Experience with inventory management or willingness to learn Morning and Weekend availability required.
