Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You bring a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the stockroom is your primary base, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Your Responsibilities Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Maintain an efficient and productive stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to correct them. Assist team members with non‑stock related tasks or guest service when called upon. Prioritize safety, follow asset protection standards, and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love AE and Aerie products.
