Compassionate Client Care Advocate

Hacienda HealthCare is seeking a Client Care Advocate (CCA) to provide direct care services for residents with developmental or intellectual disabilities in an intermediate care facility. This is a safety-sensitive role with varied shifts including full-time, part-time, and PRN. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with the nursing team and families.
