Working Title: Broadband Caseworker Policy Analyst Classification: PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY ANALYST III $7,980.00 - $9,994.00 # of Positions: 1 Telework: Hybrid Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Department Information Communications Division/ Broadband Regional Initiatives : Department Website: Job Description And Duties Under the direction of the Program & Project Supervisor, the Caseworker Policy Analyst (PURA III) will work with policy and technical team members to engage with local governments, and other public entities to assess the need for broadband infrastructure to provide Internet and data services in California. The Caseworker Policy Analyst will conduct technical, policy, economic and other analyses in support of outreach efforts, through public in-person and virtual meetings, including communicating information about broadband programs to government entities, businesses, non-profits, the public and service providers.
