Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive clinical services, including the development and implementation of individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique situations.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate treatment needs and adjust plans as necessary, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Guide clients in developing essential coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques to facilitate their recovery.

• Educate clients about available community resources, serving as a strong advocate to connect them with necessary support services.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and create a seamless experience for clients transitioning between support services.

• Engage in skill-building activities that empower clients to enhance their daily living and community interaction skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults aged 18 and over who are grappling with various mental health issues. Many of our clients face significant challenges in their daily lives, including maintaining stability and independence. By employing a recovery-oriented approach, you will assist them in navigating their mental health struggles, enhancing their quality of life through tailored interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure, including one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Capacity to practice independently without supervision, ensuring that client treatment and any arising issues are addressed promptly.

• No disciplinary actions on your license, reflecting a commitment to professionalism and ethical treatment practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature, essential for building therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficiency with various technology solutions, including telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems, is essential for efficient client management and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A proven history of providing direct clinical services, demonstrating expertise in managing a diverse client caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n
