Factor a brand of HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Director Culinary Operations. The Associate Director of Culinary is a dynamic leader overseeing all chef success and advising activities providing strategic vision and directing culinary this key leadership role the candidate will lead cross-functional teams ensuring the highest standards of culinary execution quality and operational efficiency. With a strong background in culinary arts strategic thinking and management skills the successful candidate contributes to strategic planning and offers broad administrative direction for overall operational excellence.

You will

• Lead and inspire a dynamic culinary team providing guidance and mentorship to chefs and staff members.
• Contribute to the strategic planning process offering insights and expertise to enhance culinary operations and overall organizational success.
• Oversee the execution of culinary activities ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality innovation and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Evaluate and improve culinary processes implementing best practices to optimize performance and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Provide broad administrative direction shaping the vision for culinary activities and playing a key role in the planning implementing and evaluating of operations.
