What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with top law firms and corporate legal teams while advising attorneys on their next career move. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying, engaging, and attracting high-caliber attorney talent
• Conducting thoughtful interviews to assess experience, marketability, and fit
• Building and maintaining strong networks across the legal community
• Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
• Staying current on market trends to provide strategic guidance
• Managing offer processes and negotiating compensation

What We’re Looking For

• JD required
• Interest in transitioning into a business development/recruiting role
• Strong interpersonal instincts and a competitive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Prior sales or client-facing experience is a plus (real estate, hospitality, consulting, etc.)
• Legal practice experience required; recruiting experience not necessary
