- Oversee and supervise clinical care for a diverse caseload of patients, employing evidence-based practices to deliver effective interventions. \n

- Prepare detailed reports, strategic outlines, and summaries to communicate clinical observations and outcomes effectively. \n
This role focuses on serving a diverse clientele who present a broad spectrum of psychological needs. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds, including those with complex psychiatric disorders, emotional challenges, and situational crises. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. \n
- Must hold a valid state license, such as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD. \n
While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is mandatory, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, or family therapy are especially encouraged to apply. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure. Additional benefits include:
