We welcome both experienced PTs and new graduates to apply!Position Details:Part-time schedule with flexible options:20–25 hours/week25–30 hours/weekWhat We're Looking For:A patient-centered approach with strong clinical skillsInterest in orthopedic careExperience or interest in vestibular rehabilitation and dry needling is a plus (but not required)Why Join Us?Supportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunities to learn and expand your skillsetGrowing organization with a progressive, forward-thinking approach to careIf you're looking to make a meaningful impact while growing professionally, we'd love to hear from you!What you get from us (as part-time):Opportunity for important work/life balance$1,500 Sign-on/Retention bonus!Paid time off (PTO)401(k) & ROTH 401(k) savings plans + company match with auto-enrollment after probationary periodContinuing professional development with CEU stipends availableOpportunities for growth and advancementWhat will you be doing in this role?Developing and implementing an individualized treatment plan based on patient needs containing achievable functional goals by using therapeutic exercise and modalities, as necessaryReviewing available patient information, evaluating the impact of the assessment, and communicating of the treatment processRevising treatment plans, as needed, throughout the treatment process for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint, and/or bone diseasesEstablishing and instructing patient and/or family/caregiver in exercises and therapeutic procedures to be continued following dischargeDelegating tasks and supervising physical therapist assistants (PTA) and rehabilitation techniciansCompleting appropriate documentation according to Company/department policies and procedures along with adhering to federal and state regulationsOur ideal candidate will have:A Bachelor's or higher in Physical TherapyThe required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensureCPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shiftA high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communicationThe ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervisionBe able to maintain confidentialityStrong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelEligibility to Work:This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT, etc.).About ProgressiveHealth:ProgressiveHealth is the premier provider of a broad spectrum of occupational and non-occupational health services including on-site medical, injury prevention, health improvement, rehabilitation management solutions, and more!
