Work you'll do As a OneStream Manager, on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for: Leading project workstreams across OneStream and finance transformation initiatives, including planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics initiativesTranslating client business requirements into OneStream solution designs, finance process recommendations, and implementation and deployment plansManaging day-to-day client interactions, team activities, and delivery milestones across project phasesDeveloping executive-ready analyses, status updates, and deliverables that support finance function modernizationCoaching junior team members while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve engagement outcomes A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team In an increasingly challenging environment marked by disruptive tech like AI, market uncertainty, and regulatory change, finance and global business services leaders recognize the opportunity to better serve the enterprise, shareholders, customers, and regulators. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university6+ years of consulting experience, including two full OneStream implementations4+ years of experience with requirements gathering solution design, configuration, testing and deployment activities2+ years leading project workstreams or teamsExperience leading requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation planning for finance transformation or enterprise performance management engagementsExperience with OneStream architecture, configuration, and deployment across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, or analytics use casesAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: 1+ years as a Certified OneStream Lead ArchitectAdvanced degree preferredExperience with finance process design and operating model designExperience with executive stakeholder management and workshop facilitationExperience with data integration, data quality, or enterprise data platforms supporting finance transformationExperience in professional services or management consulting The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
