Senior Contract Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Driving payer contracting strategy, the full-time Senior Contract Analyst will perform in-depth contract analytics, manage contract maintenance, and provide analytic support, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the payer relations team to design and interpret analytics for business leaders Load, update, and maintain contracts, ensuring accuracy in contract modeling and workflows Analyze data to generate business insights and support payer contract negotiations Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managed care or healthcare environment EPIC experience and certification in Hospital and Professional contracts Proficiency in ETL and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies for Medicare and commercial insurance
