Estimated pay package based on bill rate at time job was posted. Bill rates can change frequently and without notice. Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers. A hospital in Arizona is looking for an experienced MS/Tele nurse for a travel assignment. The right candidate will have a full 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license (or compact). This position could float to sister facility in Mesa & is required to work weekends in rotation with core staff. COVID vaccine is required or declination form with appropriate documentation and hospital approval. Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start, with 2 max attempts. A pass/fail Sim Lab is also required on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided with first day instructions). Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
