HSN Customer Service Specialist -2nd Shift

Customer Service Specialist – HSN Remote work from home in an approved state. You will support HSN customers by handling inbound calls, resolving issues, promoting products, and maintaining a high‑paced call volume. Location Requirement Must reside in Florida or an HSN‑approved state. Responsibilities Handle a busy day with high volume inbound customer inquiries. Offer additional products on each customer interaction. Assist customers with questions, personalize the experience for each caller. Process refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data. Provide support for technology issues and partner with IT when needed. Work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required. Qualifications 12 months or more of customer service experience. Ability to work in a virtual environment and communicate with a variety of styles. Navigate multiple systems and screens; follow HSN computer system requirements. Availability for weekends, holidays, and additional hours. Distraction‑free work‑from‑home environment. Spanish speaking bilingual is an opportunity (optional).
