The B2B MedTech and Outsourced Life Sciences team is primarily a sector focused M&A team with significant market share and deal velocity.Attracting only the very best professionals has been and will continue to be a key element of our success. A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business, economics, or other related degrees* Investment banking / MedTech sector experience preferred but not required* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships* Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling* Highly motivated, team player with strong attention to detail and an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment* Willingness to travel: This position requires travel up to 25% of the time. Travel may include local / domestic / international trips for client meetings, facility tours, company events, conferences, and professional development. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
